Who will win the PFA Player of the Year Award?

Who do you think will win the PFA Player of the Year Award. United provide five of the six nominees, while Liverpools Steve Gerrard is the sole non-united representitive. United five nominees are Cristiano Ronaldo, Nemanja Vidic, Edwin Van Der Sar, Ryan Giggs and Rio Ferdinand.

The betting suggests that Nemanja Vidic and Steve Gerrard will fight out the finish with Ryan Giggs a close third. Who do you fancy to take this award?

  1. The award has to go to Vidic on overall form. Giggs would be a likeable winner but has he done enough this season to deserve it over Vidic. Gerrard will be a threat. He has had a good season but my tip goes to Vidic. United forever.

  2. Personally I was delighted to see Ryan Giggs honoured for all of his years of service to both Man Utd and football. If I am totally honest I think Vidic was hard done by in third. He had a fantastic season and will surely win an individual award soon.
