Should United sign Carlos Tevez on a permanent Contract?

Should Manchester United sign Carlos Tevez on a permanent contract? The current deal expires at the end of the season and Manchester United must pay in excess of £20M to secure the services of Tevez for a further four years. Tevez has established himself as a fans favourite at Old Trafford with his work rate and tenacity clear for all to see.

What do you think? Sign Tevez or let him go and look elsewhere?

  1. Ferguson has to sign Tevez. Berbatov has been a complete waste of money so far this season while Tevez has been great when given a chance. If the money is there then they should move fast before someone else like Real Madrid move in for Tevez.

  2. Tevez should be signed up on a permanent basis. I would be a small bit worried about his goalscoring ratio - however i still think he would be well worth the money.
