United have been knocked out of the FA Cup on penalties to Everton. Was Sir Alex correct to pick such a young team? The chance to make history and win all five trophies has now gone.
Also, why did Tevez or Scholes not take a penalty? Two centre halves taking a penalty in such an important game. It beggars belief.

Berbatov is a disgrace. He never does anything worthwhile on the pitch and should be sold in the summer. He is not a team player. The kids did well today but Tevez should have taken the first penalty followed by Scholes, Gibson, Berbatov and Anderson. Why Ferdinand or Vidic took one is madness.
ReplyDeleteThe kids did very well today. They kept everton from scoring in the 120 minutes but lacked that final finish. Fergie took a gamble(which was disgraceful) and it didn't come off. Utd have 4 games in 10 days so I can see why he did it but Utd should be trying to win all competitions for the fans. The likes of Berbatov should be ashamed of himself. He is not worth the €30m price tag that Utd paid for him. All I can say for now is onwards & upwards and hope that Utd wins all their remaining games. Utd would be then crowned Premiership and European Champions and that semi-final game will be a distant memory.
